With locations all over Charlotte the Peruvian Rotisserie Chicken has firmly established itself as a staple here in the Queen City. Come learn some of the secrets and recreate these delicious dishes at your house in a hurry! MENU: Yucca Fries with Aji Amarillo Sauce; Cilantro Rice; Ginger Soy Green Beans; Marinated Roasted Chicken with Red and Green Sauces; Cinnamon Coconut Tres Leches Cake. Menu contains dairy, eggs, wheat and alcohol. Can be adapted to gluten free, with advance notice. *Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Cancellation Policy

1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. 48 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. 24 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled. COVID-19: If you are experiencing ANY symptoms, we ask that you DO NOT attend class. Please cancel and you will receive a future class credit.
