Service Description

From the beaches of Brazil to the mountains of Peru, we'll take a tour of the South American continent's eclectic cuisine. We'll create a delicious array of dishes made from indigenous ingredients with European influence. MENU: Causa de Camarones (Layered Shrimp & Potatoes) – PERU; Churrasco con Pebre Salsa (Steak with Cilantro Sauce) – CHILE; Feijoada (Vegetable Stew) – BRAZIL and Chocotorta (Chocolate Torte) – ARGENTINA. Menu contains shellfish, meat, pork, dairy, gluten, eggs, alcohol Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
