IT’S ALIVE!!!! Yeast has an unmistakable aroma that conjures up images of warm crusty breads and rolls. Many people are intimidated by yeast. Not to worry! We will demystify the little guys and explain the science behind what they do for delicious breads. MENU: Spring Herb Focaccia; Braided Challah; Everything Bagels and Chai Spiced Sticky Bun. Menu contains wheat, milk, egg, sesame, tree nuts **menu cannot be made wheat free** Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please email us at thefoodieschool@gmail.com with allergy concerns BEFORE REGISTERING for a class, as all allergies/restrictions may not be able to be accommodated.

1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
