Set sail on a flavorful adventure as we explore the vibrant and sun-kissed cuisine of the Caribbean! In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to create bold, island-inspired dishes bursting with tropical flavors, fragrant spices, and fresh ingredients. From savory classics to sweet indulgences, you’ll master techniques that bring the warmth and energy of the Caribbean straight to your kitchen. Get ready to cook, taste, and cruise through paradise—no passport required! MENU: Grilled Shrimp with Black Bean Cakes, Roasted Calabaza Squash, Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Mojo Rice, Beignets de Banane Menu Contains Wheat, Milk, Egg, Meat Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
