Charleston is one of the South’s hottest culinary destinations. Join us as we take a tour of the food and culture of this charming, historic city. We’ll go behind the scenes to discover the kitchen secrets of some of Charleston’s most popular chefs and learn how they are using local and heritage foods to please the modern palate. MENU: Lemon Basil Crab Dip with Old Bay Crisped Chips; Fried Peanut Collard Greens; Charleston Shrimp & Grits with Bacon and Andouille Sausage; Bread Pudding with Strawberries and Cream. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
