Service Description

As the weather continues to warm up, one of the first pieces of produce to come into season is the strawberry. We’ll show you some new and exciting dishes to highlight this seasonal favorite and prove it can be a sweet and savory hero. MENU: Crostini with Ricotta and Spicy Strawberry Salsa, Blackberry Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts; Sweet Onion Rice; Raspberry Glazed Chicken Kebabs, and Mixed Berry Hand Pies. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. 48 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. 24 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled. COVID-19: If you are experiencing ANY symptoms, we ask that you DO NOT attend class.
