Step into the sun-drenched fields of Provence and experience the fresh, vibrant flavors of French springtime cuisine. In this hands-on class, you'll learn to prepare classic Provençal dishes that celebrate the season’s finest ingredients—ripe tomatoes, fragrant basil, bright citrus, and delicate herbs. From a comforting bowl of Soupe au Pistou to the silky richness of Tarte au Citron, every bite will transport you to the rustic countryside of southern France. Grab your apron and join us for a delightful evening of French cooking and good company! MENU: Soupe au Pistou; Ratatouille; Parisian Gnocchi; Provençal Chicken with Lemon and Basil; Tarte au Citron with Lavender Creme Chantilly. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
