Put on your aprons and get ready to whisk, sear, and brûlée your way through a decadent French feast! This hands-on class is all about bold flavors, expert techniques, and a little culinary showmanship (yes, there will be fire!). With expert guidance, you'll master classic French cooking and, of course, indulge in every delicious bite. Whether you're here to impress or just enjoy the ride, this class promises great food, great fun, and maybe a little too much butter. MENU: Moules Mariniere au Fenouil (Mussels in White Wine with Tarragon); Haricots Verts Amondine (French Green Beans); Seared Scallops with Saffron Risotto; Grand Marnier Creme Brulee Menu Contains Shellfish, Fish, Wheat, Milk, Egg, Alcohol Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
