Bring the vibrant energy of Asia’s street markets into the kitchen in this hands-on class! You’ll learn essential techniques for grilling, stir-frying, and balancing bold flavors while creating an irresistible feast. From sizzling skewers to crispy bites, this class is all about big flavors, fun cooking, and a meal worth celebrating! MENU: Thai Chicken Satay with Peanut Dipping Sauce; Korean Japchae (stirfried glass noodles); Sichuan Garlic Green Beans; Vietnamese Lemongrass Pork; Strawberry Ice Cream Mochi. Menu contains peanuts, meat, fish, soy, sesame, wheat, egg, milk Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
