Get ready for a Southern supper where rich flavors take center stage. In this hands-on class, we’re turning up the comfort with buttery favorites, smoky bacon goodness, and the bold, satisfying flavors that make Southern cooking so irresistible. You’ll learn techniques for building deep flavor and creating the kinds of dishes that feel a little indulgent and a lot comforting—from savory classics to Southern-inspired touches that make every bite feel like a celebration. We’ll finish with a sweet ending that captures all the charm of down-home dessert with a little extra flair. Come hungry for big flavors, plenty of laughs, and a relaxed night of cooking that proves Southern food was never meant to be shy. MENU: Beer Battered Fried Green Tomatoes with Bloody Mary Remoulade; Garlic Grilled Okra glazed with Hot Sauce Butter; Buttery Old Bay Buttermilk Biscuits; Sherry Kissed Shrimp & Grits with Bacon & Andouille Sausage; Bourbon Soaked Warm Peach Cobbler Menu contains fish, shellfish, wheat, milk, egg, pork, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
