Crispy, cheesy, and downright delicious—quesadillas are a staple worth mastering! In this fun and interactive daytime class, you'll make homemade flour tortillas from scratch, then fill and grill them to perfection with a melty cheese blend. To complement your quesadillas, you'll whip up fresh pico de gallo, creamy guacamole, and a zesty lime crema. And for a sweet finish, we’ll fry up golden, cinnamon-dusted churros served with a rich chocolate dipping sauce. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned home cook, this class will leave you with the skills (and recipes) to recreate these irresistible bites anytime! MENU: Classic 3-Cheese Quesadilla with Homemade Flour Tortillas, Fresh Guacamole, Pico de Gallo, Lime Crema, Cinnamon Sugar Churros with Chocolate Dipping Sauce. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
