Service Description

What is Napa Valley cuisine? It's fresh, it's artistic, and it's often a blend of cultures. Most produce is locally grown, if not in the Napa Valley, then in the surrounding areas of Northern California. It's also frequently organic and often grown right behind the local restaurants. We can’t always cook like that on the East Coast, but we can revel in the simple and carefree cuisine of America’s wine country.    MENU: Grilled Grape and Prosciutto Flatbread; Shaved Summer Vegetable Salad; Herb Parmesan Risotto; Chicken a la Vendemmia (Chicken with Red Grapes); and Lemon Cake with Blueberry Red Wine Sauce.   Menu contains dairy, eggs, wheat, pork and alcohol. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or Future Class Credit. 48 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a Future Class Credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. 24 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled. COVID-19: If you are experiencing ANY symptoms, we ask that you DO NOT attend class.
