Service Description

Fresh herbs and warm spices are the heartbeat of summer cooking. In this hands-on class, we’ll show you how to layer flavors, elevate seasonal ingredients, and cook with confidence using garden-fresh herbs and globally inspired spices. From backyard favorites to bold new twists, you’ll leave with a menu full of vibrant dishes—and the know-how to bring them to life in your own kitchen. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
