Service Description

While no rats will be involved in the preparation of this meal, the spirit of Remy’s love for food will abound. We will make classical French dishes that would inspire even the snootiest of food critics. After you take this class, you might just want to open a French Bistro with roller skating waiters! MENU: Emile’s Fruit and Cheese Puffs; Remy's Ratatouille; Colette’s Cordon Bleu Chicken; and Gousteau’s Gâteaux avec Ganache (Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Sauce) Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. 48 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. 24 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled. COVID-19: If you are experiencing ANY symptoms, we ask that you DO NOT attend class.
