Service Description

Sweeten up your summer with this hands-on baking class featuring two of France’s most beloved pastries. You’ll learn the secrets to mastering crisp, chewy macarons and perfectly soft, shell-shaped madeleines—ideal for warm-weather entertaining or just treating yourself. Guided by our chef instructor, you’ll mix, pipe, fill, and drizzle your way to bakery-worthy results, all while working with bright, seasonal flavors that feel like summer in every bite. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
