Grab your friends and escape to the sun-soaked shores of Baja for a flavor-packed culinary getaway. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the bright, coastal side of Mexican cuisine—fresh seafood, zesty citrus, and vibrant, feel-good flavors from start to finish. It’s light, lively, and just the right amount of indulgent—perfect for channeling those laid-back beachside vibes. MENU: Pepita Mango Salad with Spicy Lime Vinaigrette; Fish Tacos with Homemade Flour Tortillas, Pineapple Pico and Zesty Lime Crema; Jicama Slaw; Cilantro Rice; Coconut Lime Tres Leches. Menu contains dairy, eggs, soybeans, fish and wheat. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
