You'll learn the secrets of laminated dough while working with warm spices, delicate floral notes, and rich chocolate inspired by the Dubai chocolate bar. Whether you're a croissant connoisseur or a curious baker, this class promises golden layers, unforgettable aromas, and a truly global twist on a beloved classic. MENU: Croissant au Beurre (Classic all-butter croissant), Spinach & Cheese Croissant, Peaches & Cream Kouign Amann (Crispy sugar crusted croissant puff); Dubai Chocolate Croissant with Pistachio Pastry Cream, Butter Toasted Katafi, and Chocolate Ganache Menu contains: wheat, milk, egg, soy (Menu cannot be made wheat or egg free) Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
