Let the ocean breeze inspire your next night in. This hands-on class celebrates the bright, fresh flavors of summer with a menu designed for warm-weather dining. You’ll learn to make a zesty ceviche, gently steam fish en papillote with fresh herbs and vegetables, and finish with a citrusy tart that’s both tropical and refreshing. It’s everything you’d want from a seaside escape—no plane ticket required. MENU: Citrus Ceviche with Avocado & Plantain Chips; Buttermilk Herb Mashed Potatoes; Red Snapper en Papillote with Summer Veggies and Lemon Herb Compound Butter; and Lime in the Coconut Tartlet Menu contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Shellfish, Fish, Alcohol Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
