From buttery bites to crispy coastal favorites and a sweet, bakery-style treat to finish, you’ll learn techniques and recipes inspired by the flavors of the shore. This class is perfect for seafood lovers and anyone chasing that seaside feeling—no sand in your shoes required. MENU: Mini Lobstah Rolls with Herb Mayo; Summer Corn Salad; Fried Shrimp with Tartar Sauce and Lemon Parmesan Fries, Maine Blueberry Whoopie Pies Menu contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Shellfish, Alcohol Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
