Bring the indulgence of a classic steakhouse dinner into your own kitchen with this elevated, hands-on cooking class. You’ll learn to prepare both land and sea favorites with restaurant-level technique—from perfectly seared proteins to rich sides and a bright, summery dessert. Whether you're planning a date night or just want to sharpen your skills, this class delivers bold flavors, beautiful plating, and a true special-occasion feel—no reservation required. MENU: Lemon Garlic Shrimp with Grilled Crostini; Lobster Mac & Cheese; Roasted Asparagus with Maitre d’hotel butter; Chargrilled Steak with Chimichurri; and Key Lime Pie. Menu contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Shellfish, Alcohol, Meat Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
