High in the hills of Tuscany, summer evenings are about simplicity, flavor, and fire—thick-cut steaks grilled over open flames, drizzled with olive oil, and served alongside bright, seasonal sides. In this hands-on class, you’ll explore traditional Tuscan techniques and ingredients while preparing a rustic, elegant meal that feels right at home in the Italian countryside. From warm focaccia to grilled steak and a sweet, summery finish, this class is your passport to a true taste of Tuscany MENU: White Bean & Garlic Spread with Warm Rosemary Focaccia; Fennel and Orange Salad; Rustic Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes; Grilled Bistecca alla Fiorentina (Tuscan Florentine Steak with Hearty Herb Brown Butter Bath); and Balsamic Kissed Summer Berries with Mascarpone Cream & Almond Crumble Menu contains: Wheat, Milk, Tree Nuts, Meat, Alcohol (Menu can be adapted for gluten free with advance notice via email) Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
