Service Description
Grab your friends, roll the windows down, and head toward the coast—at least for the night. In this hands-on class, we’re bringing all the breezy beach-town flavors and boardwalk favorites straight to the kitchen with a menu inspired by seafood shacks, salty air, and long summer evenings by the water. You’ll fry up crispy coastal classics, create fresh Southern-inspired sides, and finish with a bright citrus dessert that tastes like summer vacation in every bite. Relaxed, nostalgic, and packed with feel-good flavors, this class is the perfect summer escape close to home. MENU: Vidalia Onion Hush Puppies with Cinnamon Honey Butter; Summer Corn Succotash; Old Bay Boardwalk Fries; Crispy Coconut Shrimp with Sweet and Sour Dipping Sauce; Atlantic Beach Lemon Pie Menu Contains: Wheat, Egg, Milk, Shellfish, Alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
