Service Description

The Mediterranean bowl has taken the food world by storm—and for good reason. It’s colorful, customizable, and packed with bold, fresh flavors. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to craft your own vibrant bowl, layer by layer, with homemade breads, zesty dressings, and perfectly spiced proteins. We’ll finish with a sweet bite that reflects the fragrant traditions of the region. MENU: Spicy Feta Spread with Roasted Red Peppers and Homemade Laffa Bread; Fluffy Rice, Shawarma Lamb with Lemon Tahini Dressing; Tomato and Cucumber Salad; Pickled Sumac Onions, Baklava Sundae with Honey Cinnamon Glaze and Pistachio. Menu contains wheat,milk, eggs, tree nuts. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
