Grab your partner and get ready for a down-home Southern date night! In this hands-on class, you’ll explore the rich, comforting flavors of the Lowcountry—where slow cooking, bold seasoning, and good company are always on the menu. From savory classics to coastal favorites, you’ll learn how to bring a little Southern soul into your kitchen—and maybe a little extra sweetness to your night. MENU: Classic Crab Dip with Old Bay Crostin; Lemon Garlic Green Beans; Sherry Kissed Shrimp & Grits with Andouille Sausage and Bacon; Fluffy Southern Biscuits; Bourbon Bread Pudding with Strawberries and Cream. Menu contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Shellfish, Alcohol, Pork Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
