Service Description
Light, elegant, and perfectly sweet—French macarons and madeleines are the ultimate pastry pairing for a cozy afternoon. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn the techniques behind two of France’s most beloved confections. From whipping and piping almond meringue for delicate macarons to mixing and baking buttery madeleines with their signature shell shape, our chef instructor will guide you every step of the way. Whether you're baking for a special occasion or just for fun, you’ll gain the confidence and skills to recreate these treats in your own kitchen. MENU: Vanilla Almond Macarons with Strawberries and Cream Filling, Orange Madeleines with Dark Chocolate Ganache Drizzle A light snack will be served. Ages 12+ welcome. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
