Service Description
There’s nothing more enchanting than escaping the winter chill and tucking into the comfort of a French café. In this hands-on class, you and your date will create classically French dishes that are as cozy as they are delicious. By the end of the evening, you’ll be saying très délicieux and savoring the magic of a winter night in Paris. MENU: Roasted Vegetable and Gruyere Tartlet; Poulet aux Champignons (Seared Chicken in in Savory Mushroom Sauce; Parisian Gnocchi in Sage Beurre Noisette (Sage Scented Brown Butter); Haricots Verts Amandine; Profiteroles with Ice Cream and Ganache. Menu Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, Soy, Meat, Alcohol Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
