Service Description
Celebrate the season with a warm and welcoming evening of fall-inspired cooking. In this hands-on class, you’ll craft a comforting menu that showcases autumn’s most flavorful ingredients. Alongside friends old and new, you’ll enjoy the relaxed, communal feel of a supper club while learning tips and techniques to recreate these dishes at home. Cozy, delicious, and full of seasonal charm, this class is the perfect way to savor fall around the table. MENU: Creamy Squash Soup with Herb Croutons; Green Beans in Orange Maple Vinaigrette; Pan-Seared Chicken with Cider Cream Sauce; Roasted Sweet Potatoes with Maple Sage Brown Butter; Pecan Bourbon Brown Sugar Bread Pudding Menu Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, Meat, Alcohol Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
