Service Description
Cozy up to croissant season in this hands-on workshop where you'll learn the art of laminated dough from scratch. As buttery layers rise and crisp in the oven, you’ll craft a delicious mix of sweet and savory pastries perfect for fall. From a classic all-butter croissant to a rich roasted mushroom and Gruyère version, each creation highlights seasonal flair. You’ll also make a pumpkin spice kouign amann with its signature caramelized crunch, plus a showstopping chocolate croissant with pistachio pastry cream, inspired by the bold flavors of Dubai. It’s the ultimate celebration of flaky layers and fall indulgence. MENU: Croissant au Beurre (Classic all-butter croissant), Roasted Mushroom and Gruyere Savory Croissant, Pumpkin Spice Kouign Amann (Crispy sugar crusted croissant puff); Dubai Chocolate Croissant with Pistachio Pastry Cream, Butter Toasted Katafi, and Chocolate Ganache MENU CONTAINS: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Soy, Alcohol (menu cannot be made wheat or milk free Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
