Curious about sourdough but overwhelmed by the time from start to eat? Well let Dough Daddy & Sourdough Expert Derek McQuiston teach you the lazy loaf method! This beginner-friendly class takes you step by step through the entire process, from creating and feeding a starter to mixing, shaping, and baking your very own crusty loaf. He'll show you his technique to make delicious bread without ages of stretch and folds. In this class he'll demystify the science, share tricks for success at home, and make sure you get your hands in the dough so you can feel confident tackling sourdough on your own. Whether you’re brand new or have just dabbled, you’ll leave with the know-how, your very own loaf to take and bake at home and enough starter to keep baking long after class ends. A savory snack will be served, so come ready to eat, bake, and get your hands deliciously doughy! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
