Service Description
Charleston is one of the South’s hottest culinary destinations. Join us as we take a tour of the food and culture of this charming, historic city. We’ll go behind the scenes to discover the kitchen secrets of some of Charleston’s most popular chefs and learn how they are using local and heritage foods to please the modern palate. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM MENU: Creamy Crab Dip with Old Bay Crisped Chips; Fried Peanut Collard Greens; Fluffy Honey Butter Biscuits; Charleston Shrimp & Grits with Bacon and Andouille Sausage; Bourbon Bread Pudding Menu contains fish, shellfish, wheat, milk, egg, peanuts, pork, alcohol BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
