CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM High in the hills of Italy, seasons are spent with beef grilled over glowing coals and doused in herbed brown butter. Tuscany is known for its simple and refined flavors for good reason. Students will learn some of the ingredients, techniques, and history of Tuscan cooking as they enjoy authentic dishes from the region. Boungiorno! MENU: Tuscan White Bean and Sausage Soup with Rosemary Focaccia; Arugula Salad with Fig Balsamic and Walnuts; Truffle Scented Mushroom Risotto; Grilled Florentine Steak with Fresh Parsley Gremolata; and Orange Olive Oil Cake. Menu contains tree nuts, wheat, meat, egg, milk, pork BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
