Service Description
Transport yourself to an Italian kitchen, where simple ingredients come together to create timeless comfort food. In this hands-on class, you'll knead, roll, and shape fresh pasta, then pair it with classic sauces that never go out of style—from bright basil pesto to a rich, slow-simmered Bolognese. We'll round out the evening with cheesy garlic bread and finish with a decadent homemade tiramisu. Mangia! MENU: Herby Garlic Bread with Mozzarella and Tomatoes; Italian Parsley Fettuccine, Pesto Genovese; Herbed Ricotta Gnocchi, Classic Bolognese Sauce and Tiramisu. Menu contains wheat, egg, milk, treenuts, meat, alcohol (menu cannot be made wheat, egg, or milk free) Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
