Service Description

We often think of pasta as warm and comforting dishes, perfect for a cold winter’s day. In this class, we’re going to explore the lighter side of pasta. We’ll make semolina pasta dough from scratch and cut it into linguine, and make a hand-rolled ricotta gnocchi. After making some fresh homemade sauces, you'll be all set to enjoy the delicious dishes we prepare.         MENU: Tomato Mozzarella Salad with Basil Vinaigrette; Lemon Ricotta Gnocchi with Pistachio Basil Pesto, Herb Fettuccine with Fresh Marinara Sauce; and Orange Ricotta Cheesecake.    Menu contains wheat, dairy, egg, tree nuts, alcohol – Menu cannot be made gluten or egg free. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
