Overflowing with bold spices, briny olives, and fresh seafood, Spanish cuisine is a feast for the senses—and paella is its shining star. Can’t make it to Spain? Join us at The Foodie School for a hands-on evening that brings the flavors of España to life. Learn to craft classic paella and more as you immerse yourself in the tastes and techniques that make this cuisine unforgettable. MENU: Bacon Wrapped Dates; Pan Con Tomate; Citrus Olive Salad; Seafood, Chicken and Chorizo Paella; and Orange Zest Churros with Spicy Chocolate Sauce. Menu Contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Tree Nuts, Soy, Pork, Alcohol. Menu can be adapted to gluten free with advance notice via email. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
