It’s time to fire up the grill and kick back in style. In this hands-on summer favorite, you’ll learn how to master the grill with smoky, flame-kissed dishes that are perfect for your next cookout. From bold starters to juicy pork chops and a cool, indulgent dessert, this class is all about big flavor and laid-back vibes. Whether you're a grilling newbie or a backyard pro, you’ll walk away with the skills (and the spice) to own the season. MENU: Smoky Grilled Wings with Fire-Roasted Jalapeño Ranch; Mini Potatoes with Fire-Roasted Pepper Romesco; Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Butter; Grilled Pork Chops with Summer Fruit Salsa; Smoked Salt Brownie Sundaes Menu contains: wheat, milk, egg, fish, tree nuts, soy, meat, alcohol (Menu can be made gluten free upon request via e-mail). 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
