Service Description
Roll up your sleeves for a night of Italian-American favorites with a handmade twist! In this fun, hands-on class, you’ll craft pizza dough from scratch and turn it into a crispy flatbread topped with roasted tomatoes and fresh pesto. We’ll keep the pizzeria vibes going with a classic salad and warm, garlicky breadsticks. Then it’s on to pasta—homemade fettuccine tossed in a creamy vodka sauce and finished with grilled Italian sausage. And for dessert? A New York-style cheesecake topped with sweet strawberry sauce that’s pure nostalgia on a plate. MENU: Roasted Tomato and Pesto Flatbread; Pizzeria Salad; Garlic Breadsticks; Fettuccine with Grilled Italian Sausage and Vodka Sauce; New York Cheesecake with Strawberry Sauce. Menu contains wheat, dairy, egg, tree nuts, alcohol – Menu cannot be made gluten or egg free. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
