Inspired by the legendary Parisian brasseries that have made steak frites world-famous, this hands-on class brings that timeless flavor to your own table. You’ll learn how to sear steak to perfection, master classic accompaniments, and finish the evening with a decadent French dessert — a true taste of Paris in every bite. MENU: French Onion Soup with Gruyère Crouton; Steak Frites with Secret Entrecote Green Sauce (Béarnaise Sauce with Fresh Herbs); Haricots Verts with Shallots; Chocolate Mousse. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
