*PLEASE NOTE: This class is hosted at our Sweet Side Location! The Sweet Spot @ 4418 Monroe Rd Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28205 Ready to move past your first loaf? In this beginner-plus class, we’ll take your sourdough skills further with recipes that are practical, versatile, and delicious. You’ll learn techniques for making flatbreads, quick bakes, and sweets using your starter in creative ways, along with smart tips for using discard so nothing goes to waste. From airy flatbreads to sweet snacks (and a little chocolate indulgence), this class will expand your sourdough repertoire well beyond the boule. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
