*PLEASE NOTE: This class is hosted at our Sweet Side Location! The Sweet Spot @ 4418 Monroe Rd Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28205 Start your morning like a true baker! In this hands-on class, we’ll roll, boil, and bake our own bagels from scratch — golden, chewy, and fresh from the oven. While the bagels rise and bake, we’ll whip up a few homemade schmears (think herby, savory, and sweet) to make each bite your own. To finish, we’ll add a playful twist with mini sweet bagel bites for dessert. It’s the perfect mix of classic technique and creative fun — and you’ll never look at a store-bought bagel the same way again. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
