*PLEASE NOTE: This class is hosted at our Sweet Side Location! The Sweet Spot @ 4418 Monroe Rd Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28205 Take a delicious trip to the Mediterranean as you learn to layer, roll, and bake two of Greece’s most beloved dishes. In this hands-on class, you’ll craft golden, flaky spanakopita filled with spinach and feta, and then dive into the sweet side with sticky, nutty baklava drizzled in honey syrup. To round out the flavors, you’ll also whip up cool, creamy tzatziki. From working with delicate phyllo dough to balancing savory and sweet, this class is a celebration of Greek tradition—and a chance to bring a taste of the Aegean home to your own table. ***To keep everyone safe and ensure the best experience, all savory creations are meant to be enjoyed fresh during class. We’ll share a delicious meal together, but dishes cannot be taken home. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
