*PLEASE NOTE: This class is hosted at our Sweet Side Location! The Sweet Spot @ 4418 Monroe Rd Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28205 Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? This beginner-friendly class takes you step by step through the entire process, from creating and feeding a starter to mixing, shaping, and baking your very own crusty loaf. We’ll demystify the science, share tricks for success at home, and get your hands in the dough so you can feel confident tackling sourdough on your own. Whether you’re brand new or have just dabbled, you’ll leave with the know-how (and the starter!) to keep baking long after class ends. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
