*PLEASE NOTE: This class is hosted at our Sweet Side Location! The Sweet Spot @ 4418 Monroe Rd Suite A, Charlotte, NC 28205 Get ready for a class that’s as sweet as it is charming! In this hands-on cookie decorating session, you’ll transform sugar cookies into dumpling-inspired delights using a variety of decorating techniques. Learn how to outline and flood with royal icing, add detail with wet-on-wet designs, and finish with dimension and texture that bring your cookies to life. It’s playful, creative, and the perfect way to spend time piping, flooding, and sprinkling a little extra joy into your day. Techniques Learned: Outlining and flooding with royal icing; Wet-on-wet detailing; Adding dimensional piping for texture; Decorative finishing touches Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
