Explosive, bold, and gregarious best describe the lively nature of Thai cuisine. Come harness that energy and learn how to bring Thai flavor into your everyday kitchen. MENU: Prawn and Sesame Toasts with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce; Thai Salad with Peanut Dressing; Shrimp Pad Thai; Sticky Rice with Mango, Sesame and Mint Menu contains peanuts, shellfish, soy, wheat, sesame (can be made wheat-free with advance notice via e-mail) Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. Please email us at thefoodieschool@gmail.com with allergy concerns BEFORE REGISTERING for a class, as all allergies/restrictions may not be able to be accommodated.

1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
