Celebrate Oktoberfest the delicious way! Join us as we journey through Germany's rich culinary traditions, creating hearty, comforting dishes perfect for crisp autumn evenings. Whether you're a lifelong fan of German cuisine or trying it for the first time, you'll learn techniques and recipes you'll want to make long after the festival ends. Raise a glass, say Prost!, and let's cook! MENU: Homemade Pretzels with Beer Cheese Dipping Sauce; Braised Red Cabbage; Spaetzle with Herb Butter; Pork Schnitzel with Mustard Sauce; and Apple Strudel with Vanilla Sauce. Menu contains milk, eggs, wheat, pork, and alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Through October 13, guests may bring their own wine or beer for a $10 corkage fee. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
