Escape to a cozy Bavarian biergarten for an evening filled with hearty comfort food, warm pretzels, and Oktoberfest traditions. In this hands-on date night class, you'll create classic German-inspired dishes perfect for sharing while learning techniques you can recreate long after the festival ends. Whether you're celebrating Oktoberfest or simply looking for a unique night out together, this menu is packed with rich flavors, cozy autumn ingredients, and plenty of reasons to raise a glass and say Prost! MENU: Homemade Bavarian Pretzels with Beer Cheese Dipping Sauce; Seared Cabbage with Whole Grain Mustard Butter; Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes; Crispy Pork Schnitzel with Lemon; Black Forest Cupcakes. Menu contains dairy, eggs, and wheat, fish, pork, alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BYOB: We're a BYOB venue! If you'd like to pick up some beer or wine on your way, we're conveniently close to a few stores. State Line Liquor Store is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from Pineville Matthews Rd, and Frugal MacDougal's is right before the turn to Springhill Farm Rd if you're coming from I-77. Glassware and openers are provided free of charge! 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
