Service Description
Skip the takeout and roll into your next date night with a sushi-making experience that’s as fun as it is delicious. In this hands-on class, you and your partner will learn the basics of rolling, cutting, and plating sushi like a pro—plus enjoy a few crave-worthy extras along the way. Whether you're longtime sushi lovers or just looking for something new to try together, this class is the perfect mix of skill-building and fun. MENU: Crispy Rice Squares with Spicy Tuna and Avocado; Chili Crunch Cucumber Salad; Philadelphia Roll; Inside Out Dragon Roll with Shrimp Tempura; Homemade Green Tea Ice Cream Sundaes. Menu contains milk, eggs, sesame, soybeans, fish, shellfish, wheat and alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Through October 13, guests may bring their own wine or beer for a $10 corkage fee. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
