Service Description

In this hands-on class, you’ll create a hearty fall-inspired menu that highlights the season’s best flavors. From savory starters to a soul-warming main course and a sweet finish, every dish is designed to make you feel right at home. Grab your favorite sweater and join us for an evening of autumn cooking that’s sure to keep you warm long after the last bite. MENU: Apple Butter Brie Pull Apart Bread; Baked Green Beans with Apples and Crispy Onions; Grainy Mustard Mashed Potatoes; Maple Pecan Crusted Salmon; Warm Apple Crisp with Ice Cream. Menu contains dairy, eggs, tree nuts, fish, wheat and alcohol. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
