One of our most popular class themes is headed to Italy! Rich butter, savory cured meats, bold Italian cheeses, and a splash of wine come together in this indulgent hands-on class inspired by the rustic flavors of the Italian countryside. You'll learn how to create silky pan sauces, perfectly crisp prosciutto, and restaurant-worthy dishes that are surprisingly simple to recreate at home. From an irresistible cheesy starter to a decadent Italian dessert, every course celebrates the rich, comforting flavors that make Italian cooking unforgettable. Come hungry—because for one night, we're embracing the delicious side of excess... Italian style! MENU: Cheesy Garlic Butter Pull-Apart Bread; Broccolini with Pancetta and Balsamic Glaze; Creamy Parmesan Polenta; Chicken Saltimbocca with Prosciutto, Sage & Buttery White Wine Sauce; Frangelico Tiramisu Menu Contains: Wheat, milk, egg, meat, pork, meat, alcohol. **menu cannot be made wheat free** CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
