In this hands-on class, you'll discover just how versatile this favorite fall ingredient can be as we use it in elegant savory dishes and a decadent dessert that are perfect for cozy dinners and holiday entertaining alike. From rich, comforting flavors to creative new techniques, you'll leave with plenty of inspiration to make pumpkin the star of your autumn table—and give everyone something to talk about. MENU: Pumpkin Butter & Brie Flatbread; Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pepitas & Parmesan; Savory Pumpkin Bread Pudding with Gruyère & Fresh Herbs; Roasted Chicken with Bourbon Cream Sauce; Pumpkin Cheesecake Swirl Brownies Menu contains: Wheat, Milk, Egg, Meat, Alcohol CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
