Service Description
Had your fill of turkey? Trade the leftovers for sushi in this fun, hands-on class where you'll learn to roll restaurant-worthy sushi from scratch. Whether you're enjoying a date night or looking for something fun to do with visiting family and friends, you'll create beautiful rolls, learn essential sushi techniques, and enjoy a fresh, flavorful meal that's the perfect change of pace after Thanksgiving. MENU: Crispy Rice Squares with Spicy Tuna and Avocado; Chili Crunch Cucumber Salad; Philadelphia Roll; Inside Out Dragon Roll with Shrimp Tempura; Green Tea Ice Cream Sundaes. Menu contains milk, eggs, sesame, soybeans, fish, shellfish, wheat and alcohol. CLASS TIME: 6:30 PM – 9:00 PM BEER & WINE: Your Foodie experience just got even better! Beer and wine are now available for purchase on-site. Outside liquor is strictly prohibited. Beginning October 14, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased from The Foodie School. Attention customers with food allergies: Please be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, soybeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat. 1 WEEK NOTICE: Full refund or future class credit. (ALL VALENTINE'S CLASSES AND CAMPS ARE 2 WEEK NOTICE TO RECEIVE REFUND) 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may receive a future class credit that may only be rescheduled once. If you cannot make the new class, you may give your seat to someone else to attend in your place, but no further credit will be issued. LESS THAN 72 HOURS NOTICE: You may give your seat to someone to attend in your place, but no credit will be given. Please just have your stand-in give your name at the door. NO SHOW: If you do not call or e-mail prior to the class, no refund or credit will be given. Please remember that the classes are events like a concert or a play, not an appointment to be rescheduled.
